Meet the new "Lyndee"

Meet the new "Lyndee" rock.
Lyndee has a new best friend. Her pet rock is named Lyndee, of course. She has a beautiful pink color with gorgeous black beady eyes. One thing I like about this new Lyndee is that she is never hungry, does not talk back to me, and is very quiet. When I came home from work, I asked the new Lyndee how she was. In her smallest rock voice she said, "I am fine!" What a cute imagination my lovely girl has! Wait til you meet Brayd's new pet rock!

Here is my lotion that I made today. I made about 9 bottles today. I gave away some bottles to a neighbor down the street. Brayden and Lyndee already claimed theirs.. I made Pomegranate, Blackberry Fizz (yes Erica that is your new favorite), Bath and body country apple, Burt Bee's Buttermilk, and for the kids..Root Beer. I really like my lotion because I know what is in it. I also save money. I dont have to visit Bath and Body or Victoria's Secret. I also add some silk protein to help make my skin softer and it works better than the stuff you buy at the stores. Now I get to enjoy my lotions and not have dry skin..yea for us. Best snack EVER recipe!

I am not a vegetable person at all. This is what I can snack on all day and not even fill guilty about it. Oh ya! I think I am going to make these and take them camping. Maybe I will make all the other campers jealous. 1 cucumber (used an English cucumber from bountiful baskets.) 4TBS apple cider vinegar 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp parsley 1 packet stevia/(Dont have packets? Use 4-6 drops) What is stevia? A natural sugar herb.....I got mine at the health food store. Dash of salt Mix ACV with spices toss with chopped cucumber and chill at least 1 hour. (I didn't chill :)) Okay, I admit I use cheap spices...Don't tell the world!

My little moments

I love my little moments of quiet when I can watch them peacefully dream. My son Brayden has always had a creative imagination. We have to be careful to what we watch because he freaks out and gets scared very easily. Clay was watching the new show V and Brayden was downstairs with him playing with his new cars. I tell him that he needs to come to bed. He grabs my leg and holds on tight all the way up the stairs and tells me he is scared. Then I can't leave his side when he uses the restroom. I tuck him in and he covers his head with the blankets. I have to burrow his face out so he can breathe. That is what you see above. Lyndee is such a little cutie! She loves the color pink. Under neath the fleece throw is pinkness. She said she did not want black on her bed and I told her that she needed to be warm so this is it! Her room is the coldest and I feel for her.
