Update on bird's nest in our front tree

This was last night. All but one had hatched. The black part is their eyes. Weird looking huh?
This was tonight. All have hatched. You can see their beaks and their eyes!

My little moments

I love my little moments of quiet when I can watch them peacefully dream. My son Brayden has always had a creative imagination. We have to be careful to what we watch because he freaks out and gets scared very easily. Clay was watching the new show V and Brayden was downstairs with him playing with his new cars. I tell him that he needs to come to bed. He grabs my leg and holds on tight all the way up the stairs and tells me he is scared. Then I can't leave his side when he uses the restroom. I tuck him in and he covers his head with the blankets. I have to burrow his face out so he can breathe. That is what you see above. Lyndee is such a little cutie! She loves the color pink. Under neath the fleece throw is pinkness. She said she did not want black on her bed and I told her that she needed to be warm so this is it! Her room is the coldest and I feel for her. Halloween NIght

Lyndee was "pretty" girl. Brayden was bloody bones. Together, we all went trick or treating with my nephew and my sis in law. It was pretty chilly that night. We always go to our neighbors first. These are our new ones. They are super sweet. This dude below waited for a while to give candy to Brayden. This guy decorates his foyer. It was all old timey with several skeletons sitting around playing poker. On the table, all the candy was there. The kids had to pick out what they wanted. He built it all.

Here is my lotion that I made today. I made about 9 bottles today. I gave away some bottles to a neighbor down the street. Brayden and Lyndee already claimed theirs.. I made Pomegranate, Blackberry Fizz (yes Erica that is your new favorite), Bath and body country apple, Burt Bee's Buttermilk, and for the kids..Root Beer. I really like my lotion because I know what is in it. I also save money. I dont have to visit Bath and Body or Victoria's Secret. I also add some silk protein to help make my skin softer and it works better than the stuff you buy at the stores. Now I get to enjoy my lotions and not have dry skin..yea for us.
