Grant County Fair
We were waiting for the kids' parade. I guess it used to be a real big thing. It was cute and very short. I have pictures of my brother and I when we were in this parade growing up.
Waiting for the little parade, kids found heart shaped leaves off of a plant that they were sitting by. Hope no one minded that they picked about four of them.
Rides! Rides! Yummy smell of hamburger and onions! Cotton candy. I was hoping this would be a fix so we would not have to go to the eastern Idaho state fair. I was wrong. They and husband want to go now more than ever. Better save my money!

The kids each had a wristband that let them go on all the rides as many times as they wanted. They LOVED this slide. When I say loved, the guy there told them that they had to let other kids ride it and take a break. So basically they were kicked off. They had lots of fun on it.
This little roller coaster was ridden about 8 times. They weren't kicked off here but they had lots of fun raising their hands in the air.
This ride was ridden twice. The first time Sister Lou decided to stand when it slowed down and was yelled at by me and the guy operating it. They loved it and kept it spinning the second time.
Don't you just love their expressions! Too baby for them. And the motorcycle thing below...But Sister Lou loved them.
She loved looking the farm animals. Little man got his hand bit by a goat but that is what you get for pretending to feed it.
Okay..this was the last ride and I took it with these cheeky monkeys. Sorry no aftershots. These kids squished me sooo bad that I thought I would bust out of the car. Good times! We ended it with getting a traditional fair hamburger with peppers and onions. Yum!
