I told my kids that they needed to clean them out themselves and they did...too goopy for me.
I think Sister Lou like used 5 dishtowels to wipe her squishy hands. Little man waited until he was finished.
My job was to get the seeds from the goopy stuff so we can eat the seeds later. Then we carved see above Halloween pictures with the faces.

Recipe that I used for the seeds.
2 cups of raw seeds
2 teasp. worchestshire sauce
1/2 teasp salt
1/4 garlic salt.
Bake at 275 for 1 hour, turning them every 15 minutes.
