(slop pictured above) I have been trying to find new recipes that are fast, kid friendly, not too fattening, and of course tasty. I came across this recipe called Chinese Hamburger on this site here . It needed another name...SLOP because that is what it looked like. The taste of it wasn't too bad. Son ate alot of it and even wanted it in his lunch. 2-3 Cups cooked rice ( i used three) 1/2-1 lb. ground hamburger (use ground turkey) 1 Tablespoon soy sauce (use lite) 2-3 Cups cream of mushroom soup or 2 cans (use fat free) Step 1: Make rice. Step 2: While rice is cooking, brown hamburger (I browned it with some onion). Drain and set aside. Step 3: Mix cooked rice with browned hamburger. Step 4: Stir in cream of mushroom soup and soy sauce. Step 5: Taste test and add more soy sauce if desired. Then eat...but then you will realize that it needs something else so this is what we tried......GLOP, in other words (sweet red chili sauce) Ahhhh! Yumarama! Do not glop it on just enou...
