It’s been awhile

Well life is so crazy since moving to Rockland. I miss Rigby and my friends, but I love the new people I meet and the experiences that are around every corner.  The kids are growing like weeds. Brayden didn’t do well with school so he got his GED last summer.  I am not going to share my thoughts on that because it’s over and done.  Lyndee will be a senior this year.  Not sure how her life is going to go with her. One of the best things that happened last year is we got a new dog. I’m in love with this breed. We got a sheepadoodle. We wanted to give him and old guy’s name. His name is Marvin. And if you knew me, you would know that I love dogs.

Yes I posted something

Hi, So, I haven't felt the urge to blog. I don't think I am depressed or anything. I just haven't felt like it. I am going to do better.   For Halloween 2015, Lyndee was in my classroom. She was a goddess. Brayden was a 5th grader and he did his Grid kid jersey. I was a hippie.   Here is a few Christmas 2015 pictures. We decided to make our own personal pizza for Christmas eve. It was easy peasy. Might do that again.  Lyndee turned 10 on the 31st of December 2015.  Brayden played basketball again. His team wasn't that great, but he was.  In June, on the day after school, we did the Color Run at Snake River Landing in Idaho Falls. It was loads of fun and we got real dirty. :)

Halloween..we had a birthday! Shout hooray!

Yay, I am kind of caught up. We will just say that I am caught up. My son, Brayden, has turned 11. One more year and he will get to do the fun things. We splurged and got him an Ipod.  Then we went trick or treating. Brayden was a football player and Lyndee was Aphrodite. She wore a white tshirt under her costume. I also hemmed her dress on the day she wore it with duct tape! Bam! It didn't even come undone.  I was a hippie and normally I don't post pictures of myself because I am behind the camera. But hey, I am disguise here and no one can tell which one is me.

Brayden's stitches..yes...it was bound to happen

Back in August, this is one of Brayden's first practice games of the season. It was cold and rainy day up in St. Anthony. And he got sick from it as well.  We left early from his real first game of the season because he was sick. Then I gave him some Triaminic cold medicine and he had a bad reaction to it. So I took him up to Madison Memorial. It turned out that he had strep and he got a shot in his butt. I told him it that would be cool and he could do it. Ya, I won't do that again. We will take the medicine route. That needle was so big and now I have an image engraved in my brain of him receiving that shot. It cracks Brayden and me up. On warm day in September, Brayden moved! His address is now back upstairs on the main floor. Welcome home, Brayden, welcome home! :) Back in October, Brayden had another trip to the doctor. Brayden's stitches have lovely story. One day, Brayden wanted to go play at his friend's house after school. The boy's mom even pick

To end the summer, Brayden was estatic to go in the little dune buggy with our neighbor. Lyndee went in it as well. It was lots of fun until it broke.  We went for a drive to Driggs. We have never been there until this summer. Beautiful place!  I have perfected the kebab. So yummy!  Lyndee is trying on one of her new school outfits. When picking up Brayden from practice, I couldn't help but notice the beautiful rainbow that Heavenly Father displayed for me. Isn't is great that we can enjoy the beauties that have been gifted to us?

Somewhere between July and August

Our stake puts on an awesome pioneer day celebration. We stayed until they kicked us out. :) They had a bucking bronco. Brayden did not even go on but Lyndee did. They had pony rides. Brayden ditched us and went with his cool friends. It is okay. We had a wonderful time watching Lyndee and talking to friends.  Then a week or so after that, we went to the open house of the Ogden temple. It was such a beautiful place. So much prettier that it was before. The Ogden people are lucky to have such a beautiful monument in their downtown area. We loved going through it and seeing how pretty it was. This is Clayton's mom. Doesn't she look thrilled to be with us? It does not matter though. We still love coming down especially to shop. :) While we were there, we went shoe shopping. Lyndee's shoes last about a month or two before we went and got different ones. Brayden is still wearing his and will need new ones soon. He has smelly feet. Don't tell him
