The Spare Room

Well...the room is all finished with the painting. The pictures show spots but I double checked. The walls are fine. Now I am going to throw some area rugs on the floor for my guests. You know I really like to paint.. serious...In our last home, we did a barnyard red and butter cream in our family room/kitchen. We matched the red to our red checkered couches. With this room, we did not go overboard. It the same color that is throughout of our home. A lovely shade of oatmeal. I wanted to do my butter cream color that we did in our other house but decided to keep the same colors through the house. When my guests leave, I am going to work on the floor and do some type of faux finish. That room is really "my" craft room. I had an extra large closet put in for all my crafty crap. Oh..I finished my curtains...well kind of. I was thinking of putting some red into them somewhere, but there they are. I have an idea...
